UGC comes out with new guidelines to provide relaxation to PhD holders.

Providing a sign of relief to the Ph.D holders, the UGC has requested that the HRD service give relation to those PhD holders, who all are registered before 2009. It would be a positive move for a huge number of hopefuls applying for showing occupations in colleges. 

As per the UGC rules issued in 2009, NET and Ph.D were made a minimum eligibility criteria for applying for aide teaching jobs in universities. This move would be a help for each one of those Ph.D competitors who have been enlisted before 2009.
