Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut says she wanted to
Bollywood on-screen character Kangana Ranaut, who picked a trailing furnish as opposed to the oftentimes picked ordinary outfit at the 62nd National Awards administration, says she expected to "take after a star".
The 28-year-old performing craftsman got her occupation's second National Award on May 3 for "Ruler".
Earlier, Kangana had won the Best Supporting Actress honor for "Outline", yet this time, she exited with the Best Actress title for "Ruler".
Advancing a solid style expression, Kangana turned up in an outfit arranged by New York-based Indian fashioner Bibhu Mohapatra.
"I have been there (at the National Film Awards) some time as of late, and disastrously I wore an anarkali suit that time. The thing is I have that photograph (of the president acquainting the honor with me) and I take after a "behenji" (not upscale). I thought, 'I am a star, so I have to look like a star'.
"Everyone said you can't wear Bibhu Mohapatra with a cape and go to this administration. I said, 'I couldn't mind less! I require a good picture!'. It was fun yet it was a noteworthy task to convey a cape to the venue," she said, incorporating that she at last got a tolerable photograph from the administration.
The performing craftsman was in the city to progress "Tanu Weds Manu Returns", which releases on May 22.
